The SBC Program features professional coaching sessions delivered by Chris Jolly of CJolly Freight Consulting and Ben Kowalski & Nate Cross of Freight 360. Spread across twelve (12) areas of focus over the course of 12 weeks, participants will work both independently and in small group settings with each of our coaches, who are three of the freight brokerage industry's leaders in providing professional coaching to freight brokers.

Participants in the SBC Program meet every week with the coaches and their cohort participants over the course of the three-month quarter schedule (below). The program includes a mix of pre-recorded online content in addition to live coaching sessions conducted via Zoom with coaches Chris, Ben, and Nate.
