L&L: Cargo Theft by Fraudulent Parties Using Technology

Cargo theft by means of fraudulent representation has increased with use of technology in the tender of cargo, facilitating an enhanced ability to perpetrate fraud and circumvent due dilgence efforts by parties to the Logistics transaction. This Session will briefly review the means and methods of this fraud, and potential solutions.
