New Business Issues for 3PLs in the COVID and Post COVID Era

The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc upon supply chains, caused industry wide shut downs in various critical sectors, and upended personnel and employment decisions and workplace processes.  Throughout the logistics sector, those impacts have also been felt, albeit in varying degrees.  As the world, and the 3PL sector, navigates the “new normal,” new day to day business practices and operational needs emerge, as do new regulatory and legal requisites and adaptations, and also the possibilities of acquisition opportunities or divestitures.  This Webinar will, from a practical and legal standpoint, touch upon prudent and forward leaning business strategies in the new normal of the COVID era for 3PLs.  These strategies will assist with both new regulatory compliance, supply chain protections (physical and financial), updated contracting practices, and corporate structure issues.  The Webinar will also provide insight into the possibility to take advantage, from an M&A standpoint, of acquisition opportunities in the logistics space, and also opportunities for full or partial divestitures or exit strategies.
