Brokers, shippers, and carriers are seriously affected by unethical business practices. The Ethics in Transportation Course teaches participants how to identify, understand, and eliminate unethical business scenarios commonly experienced in the 3PL industry. This course includes new instructor videos that provide insight from Dr. John Drea. This course features real-world ethical scenarios as experienced by TIA Members through TIA Watchdog submissions. All identifying information has been removed.
